Client data that you choose to upload or input, including training notes and program information. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents to provide client data to Tasuky.

Usage data, device information, and log data (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages viewed).

2. Sign In with Google

Tasuky offers "Sign in with Google" to create and access your account. When you choose this method, Google authenticates you and shares a limited set of profile information with us.

Information we receive from Google: your email address, Google account ID, name, and profile picture. We do not receive or request access to your Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or any other Google service data.

We use this information only to create and sign you into your Tasuky account and to display your name and avatar inside the product. We do not sell this data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising.

You can revoke Tasuky's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access will prevent future Google sign-ins, but any data you have already created in Tasuky will remain in your account unless you also request deletion via support@tasuky.io.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide and operate the Service.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Improve product performance, analytics, and features.
• Communicate updates, support, and security notifications.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Polar as the Merchant of Record. We do not store full payment card details.

5. How We Share Information

• Service providers (hosting, analytics, support).
• Payment processing (Polar).
• Legal compliance, fraud prevention, or business transfers.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, and performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We retain data as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion, subject to legal and operational requirements.

12. No Medical Advice

Tasuky provides software only. Trainers and studios are responsible for the fitness guidance they deliver and for compliance with applicable health and safety laws.
